This offer is valid for new patients only who attend an initial consultation during the promotional period as specified above.
The discount under the offer will be applied to only to one consultation per patient during the promotion period and the discount will not be applied to any subsequent consultations/ visits
Initial consultations are subject to booking availability during the promotional period.
This offer cannot be transferred to another person or be substituted for discount or credit.
